Cinammon-Oat Pancakes with Squarebar & BlendCo.

 

Hello everyone I hope you are having a great week so far and if you don't then don't forget to smile and do what you love. 

The other day I made Cinnamon-Oat Pancakes. I found the recipe on Youtube.

I used two healthy ingredients, Squarebar & BlendCo.

 They are so delicious! Yum , Yum.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

2 cups milk

2 large eggs

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Squarebar

 BlendCo

BlendCo is a delicious blend of 7 organic superfoods in a specific ratio, supporting healthier skin. The ingredients that it includes are Coconut, Pumpkin Seeds, Goji Berries, Cacao Nibs, Raspberry, Acai & Himalayan Salt.

Today's essentials

Here are five items that I have been really loving lately. Unfortunately the zip case from mr wonderful shop  is not available but you can find a similar one here. The brand of the glasses is named Komono and they are from one of my favorite websites MORE IS LOVE . The website is as perfect as it's name! You can find them here. The beautiful necklace is from Boe and it is also available at MORE IS LOVE, you can find it here. I will confess that I haven't stopped wearing the necklace since I got it. I love short length chain necklaces and this one is 12 cm (perfect length). The two rings can complete a simple outfit they are from GOOD AFTER NINE . You can find the rings here & here & here.

But indeed I would rather have nothing but tea.

I love drinking tea every morning and night. It doesn't only relax you but it is also good for your health. 

 After trying so many teas I can easily say that adagio teas is my favorite website to purchase teas. They have a huge range of teas and I am sure everyone can find their favorites. Moreover, the prices are very inexpensive I got four flavors ( organic citrus green tea, berry blues, peppermint and fruit medley). Since it's summer I like iced tea. So how to make an iced tea? Bring water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add sugar then one of the adagio teas (but you can also mix two teas) and let steep for 5 minutes. Then let the tea cool for 30 minutes before adding it to a glass of ice.

Dry Brushing

I haven't really had the chance to use these products daily because of being very busy with school but I have read a lot of articles about dry brushing and the benefits of it and I have to say that BODECARE products are not only amazing but PERFECT!
